Got your taxes done yet? If so, stop by this show hosted by Tucson’s all-woman improv team for some more laughs on Tax Day, April 15, 2015.
Message from comedian (and attorney) Suzie Sexton:
“Let’s celebrate Tax Day by going to see a wicked funny comedy show to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I will be performing some candid jokes about what happens when I do my taxes!.”
Can’t wait to hear more tax tips. As comedians say: the only things in life that are certain are death and taxes.

Pretty funny stuff from these women improv comedians tonight at Laff’s — starting off with MC Nancy Stanley who sensed some “testosterone in the room” (a few guys were present), talked about why she couldn’t get a date (younger women, pets as competition, men say stupid sh-t); then Suzie Sexton who felt “intaxicated” due to Tax Day, who joked about pizza being like sex; then Dawn Vandaveer, a virgin first timer who joked about her dog having sex; Mo Urban who talked about women’s survival skills, fending off predators, dating her OBGYN doc; Bridgitte Thum joked about future allergies, anxieties, dangerous activities, secret private parts, followed by dead-pan Cindell Hansen who joked about her name sounding like “single”, being a 27 stay at home daughter, with 6 to 10 boyfriends; Bethany Evans from FST Storytellers, who talks to cats; Kathy Hedrick a pre-school teacher with graphic stories of sex w/ her husband. Lastly the Tucson Improv Movement’s female group called the Riveters performed several skits about taxi drivers on dope, a cat named Mabel doing human interventions ending up in a cat fight, the peace corps (vs. “violent” corps/”apathetic” corps/”passive-aggressive” corps). Fun was had by all tonight, with door prizes & raffle prizes, to benefit Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
