RNC National Committeeman, Bruce Ash (right), also appears on the Arizona Illustrated segment "Face Off," currently with Paul Eckerstrom, former Pima County Democratic Party Chair. Bruce will try to appear reasonable and rational as he recites the GOP talking points of the day to host Bill Buckmaster. Snooze.

The real Bruce Ash, the unhinged nut who does his one minute commentaries on the John C. Scott radio show, who has his own vanity web site at Ash for Arizona, and who usually leaves his angry rants at Tedski's R-Cubed blog, has graced our readers today with some insight into the hatred that consumes his soul in a blog comment. This is the face of the Arizona GOP.

Like perhaps the hot contest for the democrat governor's primary ……Oh shoot……I forgot………the lefties annointed Sam Goddard Jr. So I suppose nothing happening there to report on.

Hmmm……let's see US Senate….. ummmm…. wrong again …….. isn't everybody supporting Rodney ( I like turtles ) Glassman? Oh , I forgot you guys have effectively conceded that race to the GOP if you go with Glassman ( whoever gets the GOP nomination that election otta be a blow out ).

Any HOT debates for closely watched dem primaries …….like the big one for Treasurer? For AG? Some real humdingers there I'd say. With your electrifying slate a debate should be "a happening" as we used to say in the 60's

Oh…. Oh now I have the event………. a healthcare town hall. No , forgot that one has been done before also . All of the Congress Lady's shills showed up with their bleeding heart stories about needing the PUBLIC OPTION. No one else in the community was buying that either. Public support for ObamaCare about 40% and dropping like an anchor.

The lefties could have a great event though …….. let me give you the set up ……….. the ANTI Obama Rally. Because as scared as the POTUS makes all of the rest of America you guys of the left actually don't think he's gone left enough. Guys like you and others of similar ilk would come out in droves. Maybe put me on as a PR consultant for the democrat party. What do 'ya think?

How does it feel to be a lefty democrat in 2010? I'll give you a hint it must suck as much as it did to be a Republican in 2007 and 2009. The shoe's on the other foot now pal. Let's see how that hope and change works out for 'ya. Pay back's a bitch.

Way to stay classy Bruce. Readers may want to call KUAT and ask Bill Buckmaster why he invites someone as unhinged as this to appear on the usually staid Arizona Illustrated.

I am curious — of all the posts I have written here, this is the one that gets Bruce's panties in a twist? Do you think maybe I hit a nerve about the relationship between the Arizona Daily Star and the Arizona GOP? Is he upset that I credited Scarpinato with something that maybe he did? Curious.

Oh, and it still sucks to be a Republican, Bruce — because they have guys like you.
