I have previously told you about The Phisher King, Tyler Vogt, Tea-Publican troll candidate for the Tucson City Council, who misused and abused a public records request to obtain e-mail addresses for a commercial purpose, i.e., to solicit you for campaign contributions.
I received another one of Vogt's unsolicited campaign e-mails today containing Tea-Publican code bumper sticker slogans about "wasteful spending" and "higher taxes."
Maybe he should ask his "younger smarter brother" Rep. Ted Vogt about how he and his Tea-Publican buddies in the Arizona legislature "balanced" the state budget with gimmicks like raiding revenue sharing and transfering the burden of paying for certain services to counties and municipalities, like Tucson. If fees went up, it is because the Arizona legislature shifted the burden to local governments.
These simpleton bumper sticker slogans may work with his Tea-Publican base voters, but it ain't gonna fly with more sophisticated independent and Democratic voters who are going to demand to hear specifics from Vogt about what services he intends to axe to address what he calls wasteful spending and higher taxes. This guy has been running for months and I have yet to hear any specifics.
Every time this Tea-Publican troll spams me with one of his unsolicited campaign e-mails I am going to take it as an invitation to trash him. No one should have to "opt out" of his e-mail list. He should only be sending e-mail to those who "opted in" to receive his e-mails.
