I’m pleased to announce that Dwight Leister, a frequent commenter on this site, has decided to take up his own blog. I suggested the name "American Chauvinist" and Dwight couldn’t be more delighted. He’s agreed to move in and promulgate his philosophy at his own blog if I would provide a link to his new home on this blog. You’ll notice on the right-hand side bar, in the ‘Featured’ section, I have done exactly that. I encourage you all to bid him good luck in his new digs and to support his new effort to the greatest extent that you are able. I think it is wonderful how every person can become their own publisher on the internet and find a audience for their views.

On September 10th 2001 Rosa Parks signed a certificate that my name be place on The Wall Of Tolerance in Montgomery Alabama supporting The Campaign For Tolerance at The Southern Poverty Law Center. The Cretificate is also posted on my web-site but what struck me the most was the date 9/10/2001 one day before 9/11/2001!

You might be interested that my Campaign Manager in 2004 was a woman of color and her family worked very hard running between Democratic Headquarters and attending many meetings with me including The ACLU, Defenders of Wildlife Protest rallies to save the Lions in Sabino Canyon and many more. She also attended The Democrats of Greater Tucson event when I was ill and could not attend.
My family ran the biggest underground railroad during the Civil War for slaves seeking freedom from Virgina to P.A. where I was Born,and those LEISTER SAFE HOUSES are now Historical Sites for all to see. You should read my Candidate History page on my web-site and you might be surprized.

Blogging as I told Mike in 2003 is the way of The Future in Campaigns. I wish McCain Fiengold could be weighted more towards EQUALITY for ALL Candidates instead of ones who BUY Elections as we saw in CD8 last time; and is playing out as a rerun.
Another white liberal gets their own blog–who cares!! I remember when white liberals cared about the black vote, now that hispanics are the largest minority, white liberals dont give a sh- about blackfolk anymore. You used African-americans to get Democrats into office, that all you did. White liberals hate their own race and lie to black people.
