The Open House Project has launched, and in my opinion, this is the most important progressive reform measure during this Congress. The Sunlight Foundation has partnered in a non-partisan and bi-partisan fashion with a wide range of organizations to bring to fruition a consensus report suggesting a number of reforms designed to open Congress to public scrutiny using the tools of the digital age.
