Trump Embraces January 6 Insurrectionist Who Called For Mike Pence, Members Of Congress To Be Executed

The Independent reports, Trump hugs January 6 rioter who called for Pence and Congress to be executed:

Donald Trump hugged a woman who spent time in prison for her role in the January 6 insurrection. She later said that former Vice President Mike Pence and “every single” member of Congress who voted to certify President Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory should be executed.

At a diner in New Hampshire, Mr Trump was notified by the people in the room that QAnon believer Micki Larson-Olson was a “January 6er.”

Mr Trump approached her, said she was “terrific” and told her to “hang in there”. He then embraced her, video from the episode shows, according to The Hill.

She told NBC News the following day that Mr Trump is the “real president,” adding that she “would like a front seat of Mike Pence being executed.”

“The punishment for treason is death, per the Constitution,” Larson-Olson said. “I believe every single person, every single person that stole a voice from our collective voice of ‘We the people, of the people, for the people, by the people,’ deserves death, and no less than that.”

You will hang first, you wack job MAGA/QAnon cultist insurrectionist POS.

She was arrested after climbing the scaffolding at the Capitol on January 6 2021, according to the Department of Justice. In September, she was sentenced to six months behind bars.

She took part in the insurrection dressed as Captain America, waving flags, and resisting officers trying to get her off the scaffolding as she clung on to it with her arms and legs. The Justice Department said she screamed and fought the six officers required to restrain her as she called them “traitors.”

“My only regret is that I wasn’t stronger, that I couldn’t hold on longer,” she told NBC. She drove 2,600 miles from Abilene, Texas to attend the Trump event in New Hampshire.

[Mr] Trump said last year that he would “very, very seriously” consider pardoning those convicted after the insurrection if he wins the 2024 election. [Dangling pardons to insurrectionist criminals, inciting further political violence.]

During a recent rally in Waco, Texas, the event began with a recording of Mr Trump reading the pledge of allegiance as January 6 defendants sang the national anthem in the background.

Business Insider adds, Trump hugged and reassured a QAnon supporter convicted of defying police orders at the Capitol riot during NH campaign stop:

Former President Donald Trump hugged and reassured a QAnon supporter who had been convicted of defying police orders during the January 6 Capitol riot, the Washington Post reported.

During a campaign stop in New Hampshire on Thursday, Trump stopped by a famous diner, where Micki Larson-Olson — who was found guilty of resisting officers at the Capitol on Jan. 6 — approached him. Larson-Olsen is a member of Negative 48, a spinoff group of the QAnon movement, according to the Post.

“President Trump, will you please sign my Trump backpack that I carried up to Jan. 6?” She asked, according to the Post. “I went to jail for 161 days for Jan. 6. I’m an Iraq War veteran.”

Trump replied, “Patriots [sic], I hear the woman.” He then embraced her, took photos with her, and gave her the pen he used to sign her backpack.

“Listen, you just hang in there,” Trump told the woman, according to the Post. “You’ve been through too much. You’re going to wind up being happy.”

Trump has offered his support for anyone convicted in the Capitol riot, even promising to pardon them if he’s re-elected to the presidency in 2024. Trump released a song called “Justice for All” last month with a group of January 6 rioters now serving jail time who call themselves the “J6 Prison Choir.”

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment.

In an interview with the Post after her run-in with Trump, Larson-Olsen explained her actions on Jan. 6.

“It was the most patriotic day of my life,” she said. “I refused to walk down from the stairs … because I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and those politicians are domestic enemies to our republic.”

That would be YOU, you wack job MAGA/QAnon cultist insurrectionist POS.

Crooks And Liars adds:

“If I were to imagine what it would be like to hug Jesus Christ — not that I’m saying President Trump is Jesus Christ — but, just, you know, if I was to imagine what it would be like to hug Jesus Christ, that’s what it felt like for me,” Larson-Olson said. “It was so personal and intimate.”

She appears to think that JFK, Jr. is still alive.

As for her time in prison, she said, “They could’ve shoved me in there for the rest of my life,” and added that the judge sentenced her because she had no regrets for what happened on Jan. 6.

Or spend the rest of her life in a mental institution. Geezus, what a wack job.

David MacAfee reports, Trump’s embrace of Jan. 6 rioters could be ‘very damaging’ evidence against him: ex-prosecutor:

Former President Donald Trump’s decision to continue supporting convicted rioters is putting himself at additional risk of criminal liability for his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, attempted insurrection, according to a former U.S. attorney.

In addition to facing 34 felony charges in connection with his alleged hush money scheme leading up to the 2016, Trump is facing investigations elsewhere that might lead to more criminal charges. One of those investigations is into Trump’s actions surrounding the actions of Jan. 6, when rioters stormed the Capitol building.

Trump is giving prosecutors more evidence against him in that case by continuing to heap praise upon rioters who have been convicted of crimes, according to Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan. Most recently, Trump reportedly met with convicted January 6 Capitol rioter Micki Larson-Olson in New Hampshire, praising her and giving her a hug before signing her backpack.

McQuade, speaking on MSNBC on Friday night, said situations like that could be “very damaging as evidence against” Trump, should there be a trial on his conduct.

It’s the reason that prosecutors pay very close attention to everything people say, and it’s the reason defense attorneys tell their clients to keep their mouths shut,” McQuade said to host Ali Velshi. “But when your client is Donald Trump, it seems that he is physically incapable of that.”

The MSNBC discussion was also picked up by Newsweek.

Special Counsel Jack Smith needs to hurry up with his indictments of the Trump Coup Plotters co-conspirators. This insanity has been allowed to fester long enough.

  1. Rational, normal intelligent Americans need to focus on eliminating the moron’s supporters. It’s people like this who give whack-jobs a bad name. Yes, the moron is an easy target but the real problems are the GQP, christo-fascist, MAGA traitors who want to destroy the USA because, well, just because. By god, they wants their freedumbs!

On a different note, did anyone else see Ruben Gallego’s “poser alert” of Nikki Haley? The only thing Haley didn’t do was hold the weapon upside down and backwards, pointing at her head!
