There are 34 Senate seats up for election in 2022. Fourteen of those seats are currently held by Democrats and 20 seats are held by Republicans. As of today, five of those Republicans have announced their retirement, and Putin’s useful idiot in the Senate, “RonAnon” Johnson (R-WI), who promised voters he would serve only two terms, is recently making noises that he also may retire. This gives Democrats a good chance to pick up seats in the Senate and obtain a true majority.
There are rumors that the man who broke America, the “Grim Reaper” Mitch McConnell, is trying to pick his successor as part of an exit strategy. Mitch McConnell will die in the Senate, he will never step down.
I’ve highlighted those senators who will be 70 years of age or older in 2022, and who may be considering retirement. I’ve also highlighted those senators who are vulnerable according to prognosticators.

After Foxconn failed to meet its job creation targets, Wisconsin’s governor (D) Tony Evans pulled the deal that would have handed the company nearly $4.5 billion in incentives for the company. Evans replaced Scott Walker (R) also since Paul Ryan is out of office I think it’s a good bet a new Democrat Senator will be elected. Until Walker got in Wisconsin was always a progressive state. Of course Trump coming to Wisconsin to brag about the deal isn’t going to hurt the Democrats.
