Now the state of Michigan is using the police to arrest children for exercising their First Amendment constitutional rights of free speech and of association to petition their government not to close their school upon the dictate of an unelected emergency financial manager. Tyranny "can come silently, slowly, like fog creeping in 'on little cat feet.'"
