Arizona Public Media (AZPM, PBS Channel 6) hosted a debate on August 5, 2016 between the two Democrats vying for Congressional District 2 House of Representatives seat — both former AZ House Representatives Dr. Matt Heinz and Victoria Steele. They face off in the August 30 primary, one to challenge incumbent Republican Congresswoman (1 term) Martha McSally in the General Election.

Forgot to mention that Dr. Heinz ran before for CD 2 in the Aug. 2012 primary against Congressman Ron Barber, who prevailed then and also later in the General, 2012 against Martha McSally (now Congresswoman in CD 2). Barber had just won the special election for CD 8 in June, 2012 against Republican Jesse Kelly.
