What’s wrong with Arizona? Voters who take pride in their willful ignorance

The Arizona Guardian (subscription required) headline: Poll: Less than half of AZ GOP think Obama was born in U.S. And this comes after the release of the "holy grail" long-form birth certificate the birther conspiracy theorists demanded.

49 percent think the president was born here;

 31 percent incorrectly believe he wasn't;

20 percent of those questioned were unsure.

The findings come despite overwhelming conclusive evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii. State officials there have released numerous documents in recent years to back that up.

What's wrong with Arizona? Tea-Publican voters who take pride in their willful ignorance.
