While Kris Mayes Celebrates the Supreme Court Birthright Citizenship Ruling, Stephen Miller thinks Foreign Pregnant Women Should Be Kept Out of the U.S.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and Trump White Nationalist-Anti-Immigrant-Joseph Goebbels Consligere Stephen Miller had differing reactions to the United States Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling in favor of upholding the wording of the Birthright Citizenship provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment.

In a press release following the Supreme Court Ruling, Attorney General Mayes, whose office this week has won another suit against Mr. Trump’s regime wanting to block federal student loan forgiveness for teachers, launched a lawsuit to fight Mr. Trump’s and MAGA Republicans’ Medicaid workplace requirements, and halted the construction of an ICE Concentration Camp in Surprise, wrote:

“The 14th Amendment was written in plain language and with clear purpose. It was a guarantee that if you are born in this country, you are a citizen. Today, the Court upheld that promise – and upheld the soul of this nation.

Birthright citizenship has strengthened our communities and made this country a beacon of opportunity for generations of families who came here seeking a better life in a free country. The Court made the right decision today.

I am proud to have brought this case alongside my fellow attorneys general in defense of the constitutional rights countless Americans have fought and died to protect.”

Trump’s Goebbels, Mr. Miller, a creature, like Mr. Thomas and Mr. Alito, who has clearly forgotten where they came from, spoke on Fox Propaganda News about the need to look into banning foreign pregnant women from entering the country, saying:

“…You have to now think very carefully about who you let into your country, even on a temporary basis, because the possibility, as you said, for birth tourism, right? They do that so people come here just to have babies on American soil, and that baby gets to be a citizen for life. So you have mothers that come in, fully pregnant, have a baby, go home, and again, that baby gets Medicaid, and that baby gets welfare, and that baby gets cash assistance, and can send, you know, leave the baby with, you know, a cousin, a relative, whatever, and then just send welfare checks back home. You can support a whole family in the third world.So yes, you can’t have the kinds of immigration programs other countries have when you can just have a baby here, and now that child is an American citizen. So there’s a lot of things we’re gonna have to take a hard look at.”

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said that his Injustice Department would increase resources to go after what they call “birthing tourism.”

One would think that Mr. Blanche should use his prosecutors to go after pedophiles and individuals engaged in financial corruption instead of advancing Mr. Trump and Mr. Miller’s white nationalist-fascist agenda, but that would be attacking his boss’s friends.
