A resort owned by Donald Trump is set to host a conference headlined by QAnon promoters and other conspiracy theorists, marking a new connection between the ex-president and his party’s far-right fringe.

In May, the ReAwaken America tour—a right-wing road tour that has held large events in more than a dozen states—will hold a weekend conference at the Trump Doral hotel in Miami. While it’s not clear yet who will be on the speaker’s list, previous iterations of the tour have featured conservative celebrities ranting about Satanic sexual worship and myriad other conspiracy theories.

Support for Trump has always been at the center of the tour, which is led by former Trump national security adviser [and Coup Plotter] Michael Flynn and right-wing media personality Clay Clark. Launched in the aftermath of Trump’s 2020 defeat, the tour features a blend of Trumpworld figures like Flynn, Trump loyalist Kash Patel, Eric Trump, and hardcore conspiracy theorists pushing QAnon and various shades of COVID-19 denial.

“At this Reawaken America Tour, Jesus is King [and] President Donald J. Trump is our president,” Clark said when the tour stopped in New York last August.

So a White Christian Nationalist MAGA/QAnon personality cult of Donald Trump – what a fucked up mess of batshit crazy!

Until now, though, the tour hasn’t actually been hosted at any Trump properties—until Clark and his entourage arrive at Trump Doral on May 12.

News of the event comes as Trump increasingly embraces QAnon, the conspiracy theory that posits Democrats are engaged in the Satanic torture of children and will soon be imprisoned and executed in a sort of fascist purge by Trump.

While Trump has long allied himself with conspiracy theorists, he has stepped up his public support for QAnon and other outlandish beliefs in the aftermath of the 2020 election. On the Trump-owned social media app TruthSocial, for example, the former president often reposts memes of himself wearing “Q” paraphernalia or repeating QAnon slogans.

ReAwaken America events have a history of promoting extreme conspiracies. At one of the group’s first conferences in Oklahoma in April 2021, actor Jim Caviezel embraced the idea that global elites sexually torture children in Satanic rituals to produce a life-giving substance called “adrenochrome.” At the same conference, pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood made his own claims that pedophilic Satanic worship is ubiquitous among the American political elites.

”They’re killing our children because they’re worshiping the devil,” Wood said.

For his part, Clark promotes the idea that the world’s elites engage in the cannibalistic practice of “spirit-cooking,” claiming he once became terrified after spending a night uncovering the practice online.

It’s not clear who will make the final speaker’s list on May 12 and 13. A spokeswoman for Clark told The Daily Beast that the conference’s agenda won’t be finalized until a few weeks before. The Trump Organization didn’t respond to a request for comment.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Monday shined a light on some of the attendees of an event being hosted this weekend at Trump National Doral, the Miami hotel resort owned by former President Donald Trump.

Scott McKay and Charlie Ward will appear on the latest leg of the ReAwaken America tour. Both have expressed antisemitic views and support of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, noted Maddow.

Trump scion Eric Trump, his wife, Lara Trump, and “a whole bunch of other Trump administration folks” will also talk at the event on Friday and Saturday, said Maddow.

“I can’t really believe they are going ahead with it,” the MSNBC host said of the tour, which was co-founded by Michael Flynn, Trump’s disgraced former national security adviser [and Coup Plotter.]

The Anti-Defamation League, on its website, describes the tour as “a series of controversial far-right conferences” featuring “prominent QAnon influencers, anti-vaxx activists, election fraud conspiracy theorists, Christian [Nationalist] pastors, political candidates and elected officials.”

Eric Trump (the stupid one) is now threatening to sue Rachel Maddow for accurately reporting on the low lifes he consorts with at these ReAwaken America freak shows. People have tried suing before, and lost.

Eric Trump is threatening to sue Rachel Maddow for highlighting his appearance alongside anti-Semites at an event at Trump National Doral in Miami.

The former president’s younger son will speak at an event this weekend with his wife Lara, who was a Fox News contributor until her father-in-law entered the 2024 presidential race, and right-wing influencers Scott McKay and Charlie Ward, who have spread anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and praised Adolf Hitler, reported The Daily Beast.

“I can’t really believe they are going ahead with it,” Maddow said during her Monday night broadcast on MSNBC.

Trump complained on his Twitter account Tuesday night that Maddow was “walking a fine line,” adding that his family is “the most pro-Israel family in American political history” and pointed out that Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and their children are Jewish.

Oh here we go, the Kushner card again … “we’ve got a Jew in our family.” BFD. Donald Trump, Who Reportedly Praised Hitler in Private, Gives Antisemites the Greenlight to Go After Jews, and Trump Goes Full Anti-Semite, Unloads on American Jews in Wildly Bigoted Rant, and Trump’s long history with antisemitic tropes, and on and on and on.

“If [Maddow] or anyone else even remotely suggests I am anti-Semitic I will not hesitate to take legal action against them personally,” Trump tweeted.

The rotten fruit didn’t fall far from the poisonous tree. Filing frivolous lawsuits they repeatedly lose, all in the interest of talking tough. Eric Trump, tough? Don’t make me laugh.

Trump will be joined at the event by former Trump administration officials Peter Navarro, Michael Flynn, Matthew Whitaker and Kash Patel, in addition to former congressman Devin Nunes, who heads Donald Trump’s social media company Truth Social.

So the Coup Plotters behind the January 6 insurrection, hopefully soon to be indicted for seditious conspiracy by special counsel Jack Smith. These traitors need to be swept up and locked away for a long, long time.

    What does Jesus imaginary friend have to do with grownup special fun time?

    Do we get to wear scary robes? And who pays to have those dry cleaned after?

    Will there be a buffet? Lotion? Hand sanitizer?

    Normal, sane people are horrified by White Nationalist events, but this is America, and there’s money to be made from people who worry about imaginary things.

    It’s the perfect scam.
