Speaking with the voice of lots of personal court experience from the last four years, American Duce and Felon in Chief Donald Trump told White House reporters yesterday (April 22, 2025,) that judges “can’t say no” to deporting illegal immigrants because trials are “going to take two years.”
Saying there are “thousands of people that are ready to go,” Mr. Trump repeated his false and discredited assertion that many of the people facing deportation were “killers, murderers (I think the first two are the same thing,) drug dealers, the mentally ill and mentally insane.”
This despite the documented fact that the 90 percent of the men rotting in El Salvador’s prisons have no criminal record and were denied due process before they were kidnapped and flown out of the country.
Telling White House reporters ” I hope we get cooperation from the courts,” the American Duce and Felon in Chief asserted that the nation’s judicial system “wasn’t meant” to or “there’s anything that says” judges could stop the deportations from going forward.
Trump also said that trials, if allowed to proceed, could “take two years” and would result in the United States “having a very dangerous country.”
Here, the Mad King is making a point by speaking from the voice of personal experience.
Remember the multiple convicted, twice impeached, and enabler of the January 6, 2021 Domestic Terrorist attack on the Nations Capitol dragged out his numerous trials and investigations for years and look at the danger the country is in right now thanks to his manipulation of the legal system.
Trump also said that he was elected in part to carry out these promises.
Wrong!
The American People did not elect Donald Trump to kidnap innocent people and fly them to a Central American hell hole without any due process and in complete disregard of court orders, including the United States Supreme Court.
Maybe his White Nationalist MAGA base is okay with him flying off any non white person with a tattoo but like his beloved supporter Joe Rogan said when discussing Kilmar Abrego Garcia, due process is essential to the American system and “We have to make sure that these people are actually guilty. Otherwise we become monsters.”
As Cenk Uygur said in his commentary on Rogan’s remarks, “This isn’t about his (Garcia’s) rights. This is about our rights…If he (Garcia) doesn’t have due process, we don’t have due process…If the concept of due process does not exist anymore, it doesn’t exist for anyone.”
As Ana Kasparian commented “We don’t want to live in a country like that.”
Absolutely!

50-75% of deportees under President Obama did not even get a hearing,
Please provide source of your statistics.
Source?
Or are your numbers made up or massaged, like most numbers “cited” by Cheeto and his acolytes?
This is John Who Lives on Taxpayer Money Kavanagh trying to distract from what convicted felon and rapist Don-old Trump is doing to the US economy and world peace.
This guy can’t defend his own positions and he knows his party is going up in flames so he resorts to elementary school playground tactics.
He’s literally pulling a “I know you are but what am I”.
Johnny the Blog Troll, you’re a grown man (supposedly), why are you bringing up Obama in 2025?
We’re living in a nightmare your party created now, not 10 years ago. Your rapist idol has the lowest ratings in history at this point in his second term, and even the GOP will probably vote to impeach him after the midterms.
You don’t get to set the agenda, the makeup wearing reality TV game show host Hollywood actor you worship is setting the agenda.
And you damn well it ain’t good. Most corrupt POTUS in history. Defend that, fucko.
Sorry, John, along with being Arizona’s biggest racist, homophobe, and hypocrite, you’re losing, you’ve just gone too far down the sundowning path to see it.
But nice try at the old Soviet “whataboutism” BS.
Grow up and defend what your orange Jesus is doing now, you coward.
The irony and hypocrisy is breathtaking. From a guy who has been involved in hundreds of lawsuits and legal actions and made it his habit to drag everyone out as long as possible with “due process.” In fact any reasonable human would say he ran for President solely to stay out of a New York prison.
Not to mention a well earned prolonged stay at a Georgia State or Federal prison.
There is a certain kernel of truth here, up to 75% of deportees did not get a judicial hearing before deportation TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY, not to a foreign gulag. That’s a pretty important difference, wouldn’t you say, Johnny?
Oh, and a whole lot of Democrats didn’t support this either and called for more Due Process protections in the expedited removal process, BTW.
