Brought to You by the Biden/Harris Administration and Arizona’s Democrats: More Infrastructure Projects and Good Paying Jobs for Arizonans

From KTAR News

This week Arizona Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly announced new infrastructure projects coming to the Grand Canyon State courtesy of…wait for it, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law championed by the Biden/Harris Administration and Arizona’s Congressional Democratic Delegation.

Arizona’s House Republicans had nothing to do with it.

The projects, through the allocation of approved RAISE (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity) grants, will go toward an infrastructure revitalization of the streets and drainage options in the City of Douglas ($23,518,381) and an expansion of the Valley Metro Light Rail ($15,939,835.)

Commenting on the announcement, Senator Sinema said:

“I wrote our bipartisan infrastructure law to help everyday Arizonans build better lives – and I’m proud of delivering this increased funding for RAISE grants to increase safety, efficiency, and accessibility in Arizona communities.”

Senator Kelly offered:

“Thanks to our Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Arizona families are benefiting from historic investments in transportation infrastructure through the expanded RAISE grant program. This investment will improve transportation systems, create jobs, and boost economic development. It also represents a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to repair and expand vital commercial transportation infrastructure in Arizona’s border communities, as well as public transportation in the East Valley.”

Late last month, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, in a social media post, reminded Arizonans that Biden/Harris policies like the infrastructure law and CHIPS Act (again, measures Arizona Republicans had nothing to do with) are reshaping the fifth largest city in the country and the Grand Canyon state as a whole.

Governor Katie Hobbs, grateful for the clean energy grants the Infrastructure Law and CHIPS Act provide, also posted on social media:

Voters need to remember this November that while Donald Trump and Mike Pence talked about infrastructure legislation and had comical Infrastructure Week events, it was Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Democrats, and sane Republicans that actually delivered.

Remember that this November.

  1. THIS is what the Dems need to scream from the rooftops, the Biden TEAM is strong, productive and capable. Enough with the circular firing squads while the GOP felon gets a pass!
