The Arizona Secretary of State's web site was last updated 11/5/2010 5:06:25 PM.
Congresswoman Giffords has expanded her lead to approximately 3,800 votes. The Associated Press has not yet called the race.
UPDATE: It's official. Congresswoman Giffords has declared victory and Jesse Kelly has conceded. Giffords declares victory after expanding her lead.
