  1. This is strangely uncharacteristic of Hupp. I’ve never known him to duck debates. It was something I respected about him.

  2. I don’t see Huppenthal actually participating in ANY candidate debates or forums with audiences other than exclusively GOP (and he’s probably also afraid of the Tea people this year because of Common Core).
