“Tucson Spotlight and the Arizona Luminaria are hosting a free, nonpartisan meet and greet with state house and senate candidates from Legislative Districts 17 and 20 on June 10 in Tucson. RSVP required.
The two newsrooms are co-hosting a nonpartisan state house and senate candidate meet and greet on Wednesday, June 10, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona campus at 5409 E. Broadway Blvd. The event is supported by Press Forward Southern Arizona, a program at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.
Every candidate on the primary ballot for legislative districts 17 and 20 has been invited to attend. Check the event page for the most up-to-date information on confirmed participants.”
Carolyn’s note: In LD17, 2 Republicans and 1 Dem running for State Senate, two Rs and 2 Ds for 2 seats in House. For LD20 two Ds for Senate, 4 Ds for 2 seats in House.
