Please join us for a lively discussion about RTA Next. Miranda Schubert will be making the case for voting NO on Props 418/419 (RTA Next). Please note carefully the special date and time of Weds March 4th at 6pm on Zoom! If you haven’t yet made up your mind and voted (polls close at 7pm on March 10th, and you must hand deliver ballots following the mail-in deadline of March 3rd!) then join us to discuss the case against RTA Next.

The Special Election on the 20 year renewal of RTA Next is on March 10, 2026. It is a $2.67 billion plan funded by the same 1/2 cent sales tax which voters approved in May 2006. Prop 418 and 419 both have to pass for the sales tax to continue. Tucson Mayor Regina Romero spoke in favor of RTANext to DGT on Feb. 28.
