Federal Judge Rules That Sanctimonious Mike Pence Must Testify To Special Counsel’s Criminal Grand Jury

Update to Sanctimonious Mike Pence Makes Specious Arguments To Avoid Testifying To The Special Counsel’s Criminal Grand Jury.

CNN reports, Mike Pence must testify about conversations he had with Donald Trump leading up to January 6, judge rules:

A federal judge has decided that former Vice President Mike Pence must testify to a grand jury about conversations he had with Donald Trump leading up to January 6, 2021, according to multiple sources familiar with a recent federal court ruling.

But the judge said – in a ruling that remains under seal – that Pence can still decline to answer questions related to his actions on January 6 itself, when he was serving as president of the Senate for the certification of the 2020 presidential election, according to one of the sources.

Note: Pence was part of the Coup Plotter conspiracy right up to the morning of January 6, 2021, when he withdrew from the conspiracy in a heated phone call with Donald Trump, who called him a pussy. I want to know about every conversation up to and including that heated phone call when Pence withdrew from the conspiracy. He may invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege to not answer questions because he has legal exposure for anything he said and did in the conspiracy that occurred prior to his withdrawal from the conspiracy. The Special Counsel may want to offer an immunity deal to get Pence’s full cooperation and testimony against the Coup Plotters.

It’s time for Mike Pence to man up and be a patriot, and to testify truthfully to everything he knows about the Coup Plotter co-conspirators.

Pence still has the ability to appeal [it is a novel question, because it has never arisen before.] Trump has repeatedly lost executive privilege assertions he’s tried to make in the special counsel’s investigation.

Developing story.
