Crowd estimate today at Catalina High School, 3645 E. Pima St. in Tucson, AZ was 20,000 plus, per speaker U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I) of Vermont. He brought Democrats Congresswoman AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of NY) and Congressman Greg Casar of Texas with him on his speaking tour. View the youtube video here, which already has 47,000 views:
Bernie ran before for U.S. President in 2016 and 2020, and was endorsed by CD 7 Congressman Raul Grijalva, who passed away on March 13, 2025. His daughter Adelita Grijalva spoke today as well, and is likely to be seeking his Congressional seat in the special election. She is currently serving on the Pima County Bd. of Supervisors for District 5. I heard Bernie speak on the Presidential campaign trail in 2016 at Reid Park before a crowd of about 11,000.
Bernie and AOC also spoke on Thursday in Tempe at ASU. Their tour has made stops in Colorado and Nevada as well.

Thank you for posting this. Couldn’t be there, nice to be able to hear the whole thing.
Yes, I couldn’t stand that long in the hot sun either, so glad to listen to the entire protest rally via youtube.com.
