At 420Fest this Saturday, look for volunteers from Pima County Justice for All and sign their petition to fight Trump’s Mass Deportation Machine.
Justice for All aims to put a public defender in Immigration Court in Tucson. The group has 2/3 of the signatures they need, but the July 2026 deadline is fast approaching. The ballot initiative should be up for a vote in Pima County in November – with your support
No one should have to stand alone in court.
98% of immigrants without a lawyer get deported by Tucson’s Immigration Court. It is not an independent court. It is part of Trump’s Department of Injustice. These courts collaborate with ICE goons to kidnap Moms, Dads, their kids and grandparents, and send them to hellhole prisons in Africa or El Salvador.
420Fest will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the MSA Annex, 267 S. Avenida del Convento. It will feature live music, curated “munchie boxes” from local food trucks and 12+ cannabis brand dispensaries.. Tickets are only $40 and can be ordered online.

It will also feature Justice for All circulators Ruth and Monica, who will be ready with petitions for Festgoers to sign for voters registered in Pima County.

Mass Deportation Enforcer
The Immigration Courts report to the national Attorney General – Todd Blanche — who, since April 2, has been Trump’s enforcer. (He was appointed after Trump fired Pam Bondi for her mishandling of the Epstein files.)

Blanche is a right-wing Federalist Society lawyer who was Trump’s personal defense lawyer.
Blanche sits atop the Mass Deportation Machine, which has deported 290,000 babies, grandparents and working parent immigrants since Trump has been in office. Fully 71% of immigrants arrested by ICE have no criminal conviction at all.
The Immigration Courts send many of the deportees to terrifying prisons in Africa in South Sudan, Eswatini, Rwanda and Ghana – despite those deportees having no connection to those countries.
Trump has fired nearly 100 immigration judges who dismissed high-profile deportation cases.
The only way to jam the Machine is to put a public defender lawyer in Immigration Court. You can make it happen by signing Justice for All’s petition.
