As a Co-Host of this event, I would like to invite everyone here at BlogForArizona to join us for a Tucson Environmentalists house party fundraiser for John McLean for State Senate in Legislative District 17.
John will be facing off with either the incumbent Justine Wadsack (#JustMeanWadsack) or the pre-redistricting incumbent Vince Leach (depending on the outcome of the Republican primary in July – either is arguably equally terrible for Tucson and Pima County!).
The party will be on Wednesday, May 1st (International Workers’ Day!) from 5:30 to 7pm. Address is a mid-town private residence and the address will be provided upon RSVP prior to the event – sadly, we must take such precautions routinely now as the opposition fascists have a nasty habit of harassment and doxing we have to try to avoid.
We are asking for a minimum $50 donation with your RSVP. Space is limited, so don’t sleep on this opportunity to meet this fascinating and accomplished candidate! Add your name to the list of sponsors today!
