Mendoza and Sundareshan Condemn Ciscomani Helping the Rich by Taking Away Health Insurance, Food Assistance, and Good Paying Jobs From Everyone Else

With Arizona Congressional District (CD) Six Representative Juan Ciscomani holding a vulnerable House Seat, Democrats in the area led by Democratic Candidate JoAnna Mendoza and State Senate Democratic Leader Priya Sundareshan have continued their attacks on the Republican Congressman for his support and celebrating of the Reverse Robin Hood Angel of Death Trump-MAGA Economic Bill that rewards the rich by giving them tax cuts they do not need by taking away essential health insurance, food assistance, and good paying blue and green collar jobs from everyone else.

In several recent social media posts, Mendoza has blasted Ciscomani’s vote, writing in one:

“Live in #AZ06 and pissed off about the budget bill that leaves seniors, veterans, and families behind? Sign our petition to get me on the ballot so we can send Juan Ciscomani packing and bring servant leadership to Southern Arizona!”

In another post, the veteran wrote:

“Juan Ciscomani pretends he cares about jobs, but he will always put his party first. He voted for a bill that would put over 27k+ good paying, manufacturing and energy jobs in #AZ06 at risk of being cut. We need leadership that will invest in AZ workers and NEVER sell them out.“

At a Stop the Billionaire Bus Tour for Fair Share America, Senator Sundareshan said:

“I found it incredibly offensive that the day they passed this bill out of the House, what did we see? We saw Representative Ciscomani smiling and taking a selfie on the House floor. Did we all see that picture? That was horrible. How can you celebrate these terrible impacts to your own constituents? Over 31,000 constituents in CD Six are on Medicaid. That’s awful.”
