Come to the party for State Senator Victoria Steele on Monday, July 25, from 5 to 7 pm at Brother John’s, 1801 Stone Ave. (four blocks south of Grant).
There will be munchies and many Democratic candidates for office. Please RSVP to Karen Karen@dwmcgarrity.com. We will honor Victoria for her 10 hard-fought years in the state legislature on Monday. She represents the old LD9 (today’s LD18). Victoria will present a wrap-up of the recent Republican-led legislative session and her decade of accomplishments. Come to honor our courageous Democratic candidates who are standing up against dangerous extremists. After all, many of them will represent you after the election, so get to know them in person now. We will also support Victoria in her new journey to the bench, where she is running for election to be the Pima County Justice of the Peace Judge in Precinct 1. An active and outspoken leader known for rising above partisan politics and work across the aisle to get things done, Senator Steele is dedicated to making the world a better, safer place for children and families. Victoria has sponsored 216 bills to protect vulnerable adults, children, refugees, shooting victims, Native Americans, students, employees, seniors, tenants and more.
