That is what former State Legislator and current Scottsdale Council Candidate Michelle Ugenti-Rita is.
Lying through her teeth with belligerent comments and false posts.

She is often belligerent in her demeanor toward Zubia and even the forum moderator, and has no problem spreading false disinformation about her opponent being a resident in Tempe or his stance on water security as “Toilet to Tap.”
Yesterday, Ms. Ugenti-Rita unleashed a barrage of misinformation again in the social media post below, critical of Zubia receiving an endorsement from Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego.
Below is a list of the former Scottsdale City Leaders who have endorsed Mr. Zubias ‘ candidacy for the Scottsdale City Council.

- Virginia Korte — Former Scottsdale City Councilmember.
- Donna Lewis — Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board Member.
- Maryann McAllen — Vice Mayor of Scottsdale, Scottsdale City Councilwoman.
- Matthew Pittinsky — Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board Member
- Mike Sharkey — Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board Member
- Solange Whitehead — Scottsdale City Councilwoman.
Furthermore, for someone who she claims has outlandish ideas on how to promote water security, how does Mr. Zubia have the endorsements of several members of the Central Arizona Conservation Water District, including former Phoenix Mayor and State Attorney General Terry Goddard?
Ugenti-Rita has clearly demonstrated that she does not know what she is talking about.
Voters in Scottsdale would be better served if they choose the candidate who actually does know what they are talking about.
