Come join Drinking Liberally as we watch the historic returns of the Feb. 5th primaries in 21 states for the Democrats, 22 for the GOP, including our own Arizona.
We will be gathering at the Nimbus Brewery and Taphouse starting at 6pm. Nimbus is on 44th Street off of Palo Verde. It’s very easily to find, even if it’s not easy to see from a major street. Just take the first left after coming down off the Palo Verde overpass if you are coming from the north; that’s 44th.
Nimbus is a tasty micro-brewer, so there is some very nice beer on tap, and they are providing appetizers at half-off for the evening, so chow on down.
The nimbus people have lots of big tellies to which we’ll have the remotes and a wi-fi signal, so bring your lap-tops to pull down the latest returns or update your blogs in real-time. I will probably be live-blogging for KJZZ’s ‘Here and Now’ show that evening myself.
