Our sovereign citizen Marshall Home™ is a convicted felon (assault on a deputy U.S. Marshall in 2002), and his "paper terrorism" of filing frivolous lawsuits in the federal courts got him banned as a "vexatious litigant" by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Eileen Hollowell.
And as I have postulated, our sovereign citizen Marshall Home™ is probably guilty of voter registration fraud and voter fraud for having registered to vote and voted in an election because he is a convicted felon whose civil rights have not yet been restored. Tucson City Council Election Update: Marshall Home™ has some explaining to do.
But today's investigative report in the Arizona Republic demonstrates that our sovereign citizen Marshall Home™ is a menace to society. Tucson mayoral candidate on odd spree of house claiming:
A Tucson mayoral candidate from a fringe political party has seized dozens of foreclosed homes in metro Phoenix, changing the locks, kicking out real-estate agents and posting "Do Not Trespass" signs.
Marshall Home, who claims many foreclosures are illegal, has filed documents in the past two weeks with the Maricopa County Recorder's Office showing he has supposedly taken ownership of at least 21 homes belonging to government-owned mortgage giant Fannie Mae. But none of the documents shows any money has changed hands, and Fannie Mae says it has not sold the houses.
Real-estate agents and experts say Home's documents, a type of real-estate form called a special-warranty deed, aren't valid.
"Fannie Mae has not authorized the transfer of the properties in question to the organization," spokesman Andrew Wilson said. "We will pursue appropriate legal action and involve law enforcement as necessary."
But for now, Home's Independent Rights Political Party Trust is claiming to own the houses. Several of the homes have people living in them. [Home also runs a company called Stop Foreclosure Underwriters.]
"Lenders are gangsters, and they can't prove they own these homes. So they have no right to foreclose," said the 80-year-old self-professed billionaire from his real-estate and political office in Tucson on Tuesday. "I plan to continue to take homes from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I would buy them, but those groups can't produce the notes showing they are the rightful owners to sell or foreclose on them."

On orders from Fannie Mae, [Phoenix HomeSmart real-estate agent] Roland Cleveland broke the new locks, tore down the trespass warning and other fliers and put new locks on the home. He now watches the house closely every day.
"It's crazy," he said. "How does someone just declare they own a home without paying for it or obtaining a clear title?"

Home said his group also has claimed control over foreclosure houses in Tucson and other parts of the country, including Florida and Las Vegas.
Maybe an investigative reporter at the Arizona Daily Star should have looked into this. Hello? Anybody? Is this thing on? That's what I thought.
The Star did manage to report on the hilarity in court yesterday regarding the candidate petition challenges to Jonathan Rothschild and Marshall Home™. Home quits mayor's race; Rothschild faces no primary:
The city charter requires a candidate to have lived within the city limits for the past three consecutive years prior to a bid.
Home, however, voted in the November general election from a county address, then re-registered at a city address after he found out he couldn't run for mayor if he didn't live in the city.
Home said he owns many properties [see the Arizona Republic above] and that he has a physical presence at many of them. "I reside within my body. That is my definition of residency," he said.
Wait, it gets better. Check this out:
Home elaborated on his assertion that lawyers can't run for office because they are members of the judiciary, and as such, cannot serve in executive office.
He testified that lawyers are foreign agents. He said the bar that oversees attorneys really stands for "British Accreditation Registry," which answers to the Queen of England.
After arguing it was a crime for Democratic Party leaders – including the head of the party, attorney Jeff Rogers – to endorse Rothschild before the primary, he added, "These people are traitors."
Got that? Lawyer = British foreign agent = traitor. "I am the eggman. I am the walrus, goo goo g'joob." Too bad he wasn't wearing his trademark Burger King™ paper crown at the time – he's a "king of America," dontcha know.
At the end of the day, Marshall Home™ withdrew as a candidate for mayor rather than have the court make any findings in his case. But he did not dismiss his challenge to Jonathan Rothschild. Our sovereign citizen Marshall Home™ has another problem: a challenge to a mayoral candidate can only be made by a qualified elector of the city of Tucson, and Marshall Home™ clearly is not. Case dismissed!
Dan Gibson at the Tucson Weekly commented "I actually felt sort of bad for the guy." Marshall Home, Give Me Back My Life | The Range. "How do we draw the line between amusing candidates and people wasting everyone's time?" Now that you know our sovereign citizen Marshall Home™ is a menace to society, maybe you wont feel sorry for him.

The problem here is the truth is not revealed. This is a bias report on what Mr. Home does, what his character may be, and as far as the legal ownership of property that subject is clear on on levels. If you choose to buy a home, you will never receive clear title, which is allodial title and can never be taken from the living soul. Those educated publicly are not subject to learn anything but how to be chattel. Person and Corporation in Law means FICTION entity and or corporation. To swallow your duping you first must learn something you have never been educated. You only know what the system has taught you and nothing else, unless you can take responsibility,research and think for yourself you will be engulfed in the hectic no remedy system, it is hopeless. He is right that the bench is for the bank and to be asked “do you understand” and you reply yes, now your only standing is under the court and not over with full consent to them by you. This system is dangerous if you do not acknowledge the laws for you and the laws for your corporate fiction entity, your name all CAPS, as on any contract you have made(DL,birth record,ssn,bills etc…)Your living entity is your name upper and lower. you will notice all mail and names do not match the way you filled them out, it all comes back all CAPS.This is your contract fiction bailee for commerce, a England Law and the common law UCC placed in the UNITED STATES/UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/US ETC… This is the world that your owners play in while you just accept a bunch of corporate laws pertain to you.
