Everything about Donald Trump and his White Nationalist MAGA Fascist Republican Movement is about turning the clock back to the Pre-Progressive Era, a Gilded Age where the rich ran the political and economic show, immigration quotas were stringent, senators were not elected by the people, women and minorities had little to no enforceable civil rights, there was no Federal Reserve, regulations were few and far between, and tariffs, not progressive taxation, were the main sources for government revenue, isolation and United States dominance over the Western Hempishere was foreign policy, Social Security, the Minimum Wage, SNAP, Pell Grants, and Medicare/Medicaid did not exist, any form of social democracy and unionism was branded as a Red Communist Threat, and the KKK was a major political force that could walk the streets of Washington DC in large numbers glorifying white supremacy and the lost cause of the Confederacy.
Mr. Trump’s Fourth of July celebrations this week, funded with likely stolen taxpayer funds by his corrupt Freedom 250 organization, were nothing more than what Trump would probably say was a callback to those good old days.

Most people would note that there are only 11 stars.
Hold on. That is not the number of the original 13 states that formed the nation after the Revolutionary War.
It is, however, the number of the Southern Confederate States that seceded and fought the North in the American Civil War.
For those people who may think Donald Trump was just being stupid, think again.
This was a message to his White Nationalist supporters saying, ‘I’m with you.’
Then there are the Freedom 250 Trucks that have driven around the nation with portable museums and exhibits that present the white nationalist-sanitized and Christian version of American History, complete with videos from right-wing Prager and Hillsdale College and narrated by MAGA loyalists.
Then there are Trump’s speeches at Mount Rushmore and the National Mall, where he called for passage of the election suppression SAVE Act, the deportation of immigrants, and a Red Scare against Democrats and Democratic Socialists.
Here is a newsflash.
People do not need to be afraid of most immigrants, Democrats, and Democratic Socialists, who all they want to do is live a good and law-abiding life and make sure people have food on their table, can go to the doctor and be healthy without going bankrupt, can drink clean water and breathe clean air, can go to school and have a stimulating career, be able to take time off for medical and family emergencies and still have their jobs, and have a comfortable living.
Nothing to be scared of there.
Unlike what Trump and his allies represent: Fascism, White Nationalist-Eugenicist Racism, Isolation, Division, Chauvinism, Criminal Corruption, Domestic Terrorism, and rampant stupidity and ignorance. These are what Americans should be truly afraid of.
By the way, what are the names of two leaders Trump admires? China’s Communist Leader Xi Jinping and former KGB operative, Russia’s Vladimir Putin.
Just saying.
Finally, take a look at the White Nationalist-Nazi filth called the Patriot Front that paraded around, wearing masks, the streets of DC, carrying Confederate Flags and chanting “Reclaim America.”

This is not the United States the great majority of the people in this great nation wants.
The country does not need another July 4 like the White Nationalist Festival, Donald Trump, and his Freedom 250 put forth this last weekend.
The people need to turn out this November and in 2028 and vote these evil and destructive dark forces of American politics out and drive these vermin back to the gutter where they belong.
