Before being confirmed for Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. promised Louisiana Senator and physician Bill Cassidy that he would keep intact the Center for Disease Control Advisory Panel of Vaccination Experts.
Surprise, surprise: Kennedy, like previous Trump dumb and dumber nominees to the cabinet and the judiciary (think Brett Kavanaugh lying to Susan Collins about retaining Roe v Wade,) followed his Oval Office Felon in Chief’s example and lied, deciding to remove all the vaccine experts from that panel, falsely saying they were beholden to the pharmaceutical industry.
Of course Cassidy, in a social media post reported by the New York Times said he would work with Kennedy to make sure all the people who Kennedy recommends to the panel are not know nothing vaccine deniers.
Good luck with that Senator. If the Louisiana Senator really privately believes that, he needs a cat scan to see what is wrong with his brain.
This action by Kennedy Jr. is the latest in a series of examples of how the Trump Know Nothing Government, a team of individuals who lack any sense of reality and scientific truth has enacted Social Darwinist/Eugenics policies that war on the weak and make Americans sicker including cutting:
- People off Medicaid and the Affordable Care Marketplaces.
- Access for families to receive food stamps.
- Environmental regulations for industries, air quality, and water.
- Funds for polluted area cleanups.
- Research funds for medical and disease research.
- Disaster reconstruction and relief aid.
- Staff for weather reporting services.
Trump and his allies do not want who they perceive as the weak and undesirable, including people in their base, to live.
Trump is on record supporting euthanasia for people, including his nephew, who he feels are too disabled to go on living.
His former partner, Elon Musk, believes in eugenics and weeding out those who he thinks are a drain on his and other corporate-tech leader’s wealth and resources.
People like Trump and Musk believe these people can be replaced by robots and Artificial Intelligence, two tools that do not require a pay check, food, water, health insurance, or a retirement pension.
Kennedy, with his Anti Vaccine crusade, is a useful idiot to their goals.
People need to wake up and face the facts on Mr. Trump’s own version of the Nazi Euthanasia-Eugenics program because they may not be worthy to carry on in the American Duce wannabe’s world view.
Be afraid. Be very afraid and do not let this war against the weak go on any further. Contact legislators and express disapproval for what Kennedy and Trump are doing to health care and the sciences.
Vote for candidates in the next elections that are not science or vaccine deniers.
Let knowledge and reality win in 2025, 2026, and 2028.
