As your next Recorder, she will continue to keep your vote safe and make certain all voters in Pima County have a voice and their vote counts. Kim is currently the Assistant Chief Deputy for the Pima County Recorder’s Office and has worked alongside retiring Recorder, F. Ann Rodriguez over five years, and has managed various aspects of over 14 elections. Kim has a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Elections Officer in the State of Arizona.

Kim has over 30 years’ experience and expertise working in both the public and private sectors. Her skills include organizational management, training, and developing strong workforces, along with experience in administering 17.5 million-dollar budgets. Kim is a proven manager and leader. As Assistant Chief Deputy Kim works with the Department of Homeland Security, Secretary of State, and Pima County overseeing cybersecurity efforts, an essential role as nationally, elections are under threat from foreign and domestic interference in elections.
