Announcement from the Arizona Democratic Party:

When Women Vote, We All Win Rally

Monday, January 14, 2013

Arizona State Capitol Lawn

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Please join women's groups from around the state at the "When Women Vote, We All Win" Rally on the first day of the 2012 legislative session on the law of the state Capitol. This rally will send a message to lawmakers that Arizona women are extremely concerned about potential legislation that would further attack women's health and reproductive rights.

Organizers are requesting participants to wear pink, create a homemade sign and bring a sack lunch (and a friend or two!) to the event.

Please also support their efforts by following the @WomenVoteWin account on Twitter, using #WomenVoteWin or liking their Facebook page here.

The Blue Meanie is an Arizona citizen who wishes, for professional reasons, to remain anonymous when blogging about politics. Armed with a deep knowledge of the law, politics and public policy, as well as pen filled with all the colors stolen from Pepperland, the Blue Meanie’s mission is to pursue and prosecute the hypocrites, liars, and fools of politics and the media – which, in practical terms, is nearly all of them. Don’t even try to unmask him or he’ll seal you in a music-proof bubble and rendition you to Pepperland for a good face-stomping. Read blog posts by the infamous and prolific AZ Blue Meanie here.
