This is what I want you all to do. Vote early either by mail or in person, then call the Pima County Democratic Party 520-326-3716 to volunteer a few hours of your time for phone banking (any day) the vote-by-mail ballot chase, or for a precinct walk on Saturdays and Sundays. Participating in the electoral process will make you feel good about yourself for being an active citizen. Don't be a spectator. And if you do not have any free time, your financial contributions are, of course, always welcome.

Whatever you do, do NOT be complacent and do NOT take anything for granted. Yes, Tucson has a Democratic voter registration edge, but voter turnout is always critical in every election. Be certain that you vote, and help make certain that your family, friends and neighbors also vote. The future of your family and your community depends on you.
