Clean Elections LD 17 Republican Senate & House debate

Of interest to our readers is the AZ Citizens Clean Election Commission debate for contested Republican races in LD 17. Moderator is Curt Prendergast of Tucson Agenda.

Incumbent Senator Justine Wadsack vs. former Senator Vince Leach (rematch from Nov. 2022)

House incumbents Rachel Hood and Cory McGarr, face challenger Anna Orth for 2 seats.

The winner of that Republican Senate primary will face off with Dem John McLean, and the 2 House Republican nominees will face Democrat Kevin Volk in the General. The Arizona primary is on July 30, 2024.

To date, only former State Senator Vince Leach is participating. And House challenger Anna Orth is not.
