College and received an associate degree in criminal justice and Corrections from Pima Community College.

Since Judge Pesquiera has served as elected Justice of the Peace, she implemented an online program so that individuals can have their criminal convictions set aside without legal representation or cost. This was a measure to access justice that was supported by the former Chief Justice Scott Bales of the Arizona Supreme Court.”

Carolyn’s note: Justice Pesauiera is the incumbent in the Dem primary with Deputy Pima County Sheriff Michael Bugelwicz on July 30, 2024. He spoke at DGT on April 8. Correction: She represents Precinct 4, not District 4.
