In her latest campaign ad titled “Not Finished,” Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes highlights her efforts during her first term in office to fight for the rights and safety of Arizonans.
Below is the transcript of the ad:
“I don’t just talk about protecting Arizona.
About fighting for families.
About standing up to corporate interests.
I’ve done it.
Lawsuits against mega-farms. Accountability for AI companies. Protections for our kids. Putting violent criminals in jail. Real results. And we’re just getting started.
My opponent? He’s another extreme politician with dangerous ideas.
I’m proud to be the people’s Attorney General and I’ll never stop fighting for you.”
Commenting on the latest ad, Mayes Campaign Manager Delaney Corcoran wrote:
“Arizonans don’t need another politician like Petersen who puts partisan politics before results— they need an Attorney General who will stand up to anyone who threatens their safety, their financial security, or their personal freedoms. Attorney General Mayes has spent her first term doing just that, and she’s not finished.”
As proof of the Attorney General’s continuing efforts to protect Arizonans, just this week, her office announced:
- Suing landlords in Tucson who are accused of not providing their tenants air conditioning during this summer.
- Warning residents about scam artists professing to offer after storm repair services.
- Sentencing a former Border Patrol agent and his fiancée for defrauding SNAP.
- Launching a lawsuit against predatory realtors.
