JoJoFromJerz Perfectly Frames the Due Process Argument Against Illegal Trump Actions

Over the last week, apparatchiks of the Musk/Trump/Vance Central Committee have framed their actions of detaining a Columbia student from Syria who participated in Anti Israel protests and transporting hundreds of alleged Venezuelan gang members as combatting terrorism and any complaints about the lack of due process is challenging the legitimate power of the Executive Branch.

JoJofromJerz perfectly framed the rebuttal to this Fascist power grab.

I don’t have to agree with the Gaza protestors to defend their right to protest.

And I don’t have to want Venezuelan gang members to be here on our soil, to defend their right to due process.

Either we are a nation of laws or we are not.

And if we are not, then all is lost.

She is right.

The main problem in this latest attempt of Executive overreach from the American Duce wannabe is that the American People do not know who these people are who were detained and/or deported.

There is no public proof that any of these individuals engaged in terrorist or criminal activity.

If they were, fine. Throw them out.

The judge handling the Venezuelan deportations is right to ask who these people were.

The Musk/Trump/Vance Central Committee, who are on record of detaining innocent people including actresses, veterans, and kidney surgeons, have no right to defy the courts order.

The innocent need to be protected whether they be American citizens from terrorists attack or those falsely accused of crimes by the Felon in Chief.
