A witness swears under oath that Bryan Crane, the computer operator in the Pima Elections Division, admitted in January of this year to rigging the RTA at the behest of Elections Division leadership. Apparently Mr. Crane was concerned about getting hung out to dry by his higher-ups for the crime. Expect denials from Pima County
